Just looked for this deal and cant find it anywhere??
Mike: Those strange, no tax fares weren't around very long. Basically just during the day that I posted them.
They were bookable though, and quite a few people booked them. Winnipeg had a flight to Jamaica for $97 roundtrip after tax!
